The purposeof this workshop was to find solutions to ameliorate the Hawkers-Centers in Singapour. These Centers are restaurants mixing different traditional cookings of the country, they are meeting centers for Singapourians. Cooking service is quick, sometimes in dishes or else, on a sheet of paper.
We wanted to re-create a system of disposable paper plates, with smartness in the folding of the plates, keeping simplicity and rapidity.
